4. Fees and Payment Terms

Late payments may be subject to additional charges or service suspension.
No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.
5. Confidentiality

6. Limitation of Liability
We exercise due diligence in delivering services but shall not be held liable for:

Any regulatory penalties or financial losses resulting from decisions made by the Client.
Third-party system failures beyond our control.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with a 30-day written notice.
If termination occurs after work has commenced, fees will be charged for completed work up to the termination date.
We reserve the right to terminate services if the Client fails to provide necessary information or violates these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EthicsAccounting.com operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to Clients and updated on our website.
